Our parents were fondue fans, but each their own. For Yvon, Sophie's daddy, it was the classic half-and-half and for Estelle, Jérôme's mother, her preference was for tomato fondue. We were inspired by it to concoct a "Coup de Foudre" menu with a local starter, THE fondue and as a final touch a homemade dessert. Possible with raclette on small pan. Everything will be served to you in our magnificent cask, 5370L oak barrel, located in front of the chalet. A carnotzet and cozy atmosphere guaranteed. Jérôme will tell you the story of this barrel.
